Mike is a proven performer and market leader in the national construction and development industry. Over the last 25 years he has successfully established and grown the Mike Greer brand and group of businesses with a clear vision and an innate ability to read the market.
He pioneered the development and popularity of house and land packages in the market during the 1990s and, since that time, has continued to drive the business, extending into commercial construction, architectural builds and large-scale residential developments.
With a breadth of experience across the development and construction sector, Mike is highly respected as a visionary leader, innovative thinker and successful businessman.
David Tier

David TierIndependent DirectorDavid is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director, with over 30 years of senior executive and governance experience in the property and finance industries.
After several years as Chief Financial Officer of a South Island based property investment company, David now works as an independent consultant providing business consultancy services and governance advice to a number of private companies. He has also been instrumental in the establishment of a Family Office for a Christchurch based high net worth family.
David’s extensive governance experience includes his role as Chairman of a Christchurch based Non Bank Deposit Taker, and Chairman of the Risk and Compliance Committee of a local property fund manager. He has a reputation for balancing robust protocols and processes with strategic direction and innovative thinking in order to determine prudent pathways for business success.
